Description
Dojo in Casablanca created in 1970 by M'Barek Alaoui and Emile Metzinger
after they left Georges Stobbaerts, following the falling-out between Stobbaerts
and Nobuyoshi Tamura at the Budo Club du Maroc. It followed the Tamura (Aikikai)
line and is described on its Facebook page as the first aikido school in Morocco
and Africa, created by Alaoui; it remains active under the Alaoui family.

After the 1970 split, the Syu do kan co-founded by Metzinger and Alaoui followed
the Tamura (Aikikai) line, per the Aikido Journal interview; the teacher
relationship is inferred from the school's line rather than stated directly.
"quand il est revenu au Maroc, il est allé avec M'Barek Alaoui et Emile
Metzinger, au Syu do kan."
