  Probable

Baidu Baike states Li Junfeng studied in the wushu department at Beijing Physical Education Institute, 1960-1965, and was selected for the institute team. Zhang Wenguang chaired that department and specialised in Cha Quan, but no source names him as Li Junfeng's teacher.

The evidence favours the claim and nothing credible contradicts it, but it falls short of establishing it.
