Jon Bluming's first-person account of training and testing for 4th dan in Korea in December 1959, published in the Journal of Combative Sport (November 1999). In it he states that Anton Geesink's sensei was Jan van der Horst of Utrecht, calling out Nauwelaerts d'Age and Ge Koning for claiming to be Geesink's teachers.
